At Sanda1, we are committed to providing customers with the best quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, please refer to the return policy below:

1. Return period

Customers have the right to exchange or return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

2. Conditions for return

The product must be unused and with the original tags intact.
The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and accessories (if any).
The purchase invoice or receipt must be provided when making a return.

3. Return process

4. Shipping Costs

If the product is defective due to the manufacturer or does not match the description, we will be responsible for the shipping costs.
In case the customer returns the product for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

5. Refunds

After receiving the returned product and checking the condition, we will make a refund within 7-10 working days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method used by the customer.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used or are no longer in their original condition.
